Bittersweet Beds
I am excited that the boy's finally have some beds to sleep in but it sort of made me sad to see them climb into their new, bigger beds. It probably didn't help that the night we bought them Kaia discovered that she has a loose tooth. Really? All at once my babies have to grow up? I suppose it's because they are only 16 months apart. Anyway, the boys like their beds and seem to be sleeping better too. Before, they were sharing a twin mattress. Gatlin is an early riser and would always wake poor Gabriel up. We decided to put Gabriel on the top bunk to protect him from Gatlin's early morning antics. All seemed to be going well, until this morning, when I heard Gabriel crying at 6:30. I went in to find that Gatlin had climbed up onto his bed and was sitting on him. *sigh* Poor Gabey...

i see a little mischief in gabriels eyes...
haha--that is the CUTEST! (and yet, I KNOW the whole "he woke me up" bit--we have that issue too!)
What cute new beds! So fun! :)
Cute new beds! I would love to do bunk beds for the boys, but am too afraid of Carter and his acrobatics! LOL :)Kaia has a loose tooth? Cooper will be super jealous! He still hasn't lost any teeth. He seriously is the only 2nd grader with all his baby teeth. Love the pic of Gabriel! He looks proud of his new bed!
Love the picture of Gabriel! Glad they have big boy beds now!
Aw! My kids take turns waking each other up but neither of them are ever sad about it....just me.
