Counting the Stars.

I signed the girls up for the summer reading program through the library.  They handed out sheets with 20 stars on them.  For every 15 minutes that the child read or was read too they could color in a star.  One star would equal one ticket.  The library had prizes that you could buy with your tickets. As I have mentioned before Kaia LOVES to read.  Emily enjoys reading too.  This was a good go to activity for them.  The girls filled up about 4 sheets each.  Emily picked out some sunglasses and a beach ball.  Kaia picked out a bracelet and a headband.  They were so proud of themselves and worked really hard for their prizes.  We will definitely have to do this again next year.
