When Uncle Timmy came to visit.
This past weekend my brother, Tim, came down to spend a couple of days with us. I have to say he is really cute with my kids. When he got here, he went right out to the backyard and starting jumping on the trampoline. It was a low key visit. The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outside. On Friday, I checked Kaia out of school and Matt got home from work at 11:00. We decided to hit up the park. I forgot the camera so I didn't get any pics. We went on swings, down the slide, bounced on the seesaw, and watched some tadpoles in the pond. It was nice to have an even amount of adults and kids. We hit up Sonic's happy hour on the way home and then settled down for the night. On Saturday, we slept in, went to the park and decided to check out the harbor that afternoon. We had never taken the rowdy 3 there before. Unfortunately, North Texas is still in a drought so all of the dancing water fountains were turned off. We did find a wishing fountain where poor Uncle Tim just about went broke from all the pennies the kiddos threw in it. He didn't seem to mind though. We walked around, enjoyed the live music, checked out the light house, the boats, and Matt gave each kid a turn by spinning them around. It was a perfect day and we really enjoyed ourselves. Uncle Tim had to leave on Sunday. Kaia was very sad. We loved having him and hope that he comes back soon.
