Giving Thanks: Day 2

Today, I am thankful for my new calling at church.  Two weeks ago I was called to be the 2nd counselor in the Relief Society.  I am still quite nervous and pray daily that I can live up to the expectations this calling brings.   Despite my nerves, I am looking forward to growing and learning more about myself as I serve the women of our ward.  We had our second presidency meeting today.  I am so fortunate to be working with 3 amazing women.  I am so grateful for their love and support and for the guidance from my Heavenly Father.  I am pretty sure that I can do this.  (I can't help but think of myself as the train from the "Little Engine that Could")
